Flower-in-Jar Card

Hello my lovely followers and viewers, hope you all are enjoying the crafty season with your crafts. I have been busy with my kid and family since few months and so could hardly spare time for crafting.
Well, that's life and it goes on!!

Today I am here with two similar Center stepper  cards that I made using the Flower-In-Jar Stampset of The PeekaBoo Designs. Its one of my favorite set from all stamps.

I have used my all time favorite embellishments i.e. pearls. Pearls go easily with any cards and hence they are my favs. I have stamped the images on normal white cardstock from the same store, fussy cut and colored with staedtler color pencils. I am not good at shading but I still love my outputs. Then I cut a Center stepper card from Red Cardstock, matted with a magenta cardstock and assembled the fussy cut elements on it. and finally decored.

Sorry for not clicking pics in between as I was having time constraint and I wanted to finish off my cards soon.
Here are the pics:

Interactive Rakhi Maze Card

Hello you lovely people. I am back after a long break..
Today I am posting an interactive Card for the upcoming festival Rakshbandhan

For the tiny elements , i have STAMPED the stamp set from Mudra(link given below) and fussy cut it. Yeah, the interactive element is the smiley face that you can see. It can be moved on the path shown in the black color. Every time the smiley face reaches the element , it can be opened and read a message written in it.( here it is left blank for the client to write on it) , Making it more interesting and fun way to convey your wishes.. Below is a short video of the playing of the card:

3D paper Cake

Hello Crafty peeps,
Valentine is almost here, and who doesn’t love to get gifts... This project is combo of not 1, not 2 but 3 gifts..
It’s a 3D Paper cake, that I made as a part of my DT project for CraftsNeed.

Lets not create more suspense and head on the pictures:

Short Explanation:
It’s a 3 layered square Box Cake, with something in each boxes. In the first box, being the smallest contains the gold Pendant box in it. (You can put anything like ring, watch, chain, earrings etc). The middle box is full of chocolates, and the largest box is having a mini album where the pic/messages/ memories can be stored. I believe, a crafter’s gift is incomplete without an album holding messages….

Tutorial:
  1. Take a 7 by 7 base cardboard or chipboard. I have used white chipboard.
  2. Make hollow boxes, 5.5*5.5*2.5 ; 4.5*4.5*2.5 ; 3.5*3.5*2.5
  3. Make corresponding lids. 5.75*5.75*2 ; 4.75*4.75*2 ; 3.75*3.75*2
  4. Matt everything with red cardstock (you can take any color).
  5. Matt only Lids (you can also matt boxes) with pattern paper.
  6. Made border strip (with border punch )for the bottom of boxes with red cardstock. (If you are matting boxes with pattern paper, this step is not needed)
  7. Have stick the burlap ribbon (From Craftsneed) on the border of the base and the lids.
  8. Glued the largest box onto base.
  9. Then glue the middle box on the lid of the largest box
  10. Glued the smallest box on the lid of the middle box. For more explanation you can watch video.
  11. For the top of the smallest lid, have cut a piece of pattern paper and stick it
  12. Now the part of decorations, I have used few hearts,  flowers, flower petals, fillers and pearls, die cut from the pattern paper pack and chipboard element from Papericious.
  13. The flowers I used are from store.
  14. The papericious chipboard element. I have heat embossed it with Red glitter embossing powder and yes, I loved the outcome. Wonderful  designs.
  15. Finally fill up the boxes with whatever you wish to gift.
  16. I have filled the smallest box with pendant box and flowers on the inside corner of the box, middle box with chocolates, and the largest box with petals and a mini album.
  17. The mini album I had made is of 4*4 size as to fit in the box. Used hidden hinge and is having 6 pages with 3 tags for messages.

Below is the link video showing the tutorial. Its my first tutorial video, so please forgive my mistakes, but ya do let me know them so that I can improve in the next.

And this is the video of the final product:

Love Frame

Hello Crafty peeps, today I have a wonderful heart frame. I made it as a DT post For CraftsNeed.
I have used pattern paper from Nakshatra Designs availabe at Craftsneed store.

I have taken Cardstock and cut in heart shape. Sticked the lace at the borders. Then adhered the pattern paper over it.
Stamped the Love Sentiment from Mudra Stamp set.
Placed the MDF frame and decorated with leaves and flowers.I have made flowers too from same cardstock and pattern paper.

I have attached two small hearts, where initials of the couple can be written. Have placed a charm.
Now, whats the gift without any messages with it, So i have a wooden clip holding two small messages tags.
